By accessing ListingAPIs, you agree to comply with our protocol standards. Read carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a user.
API Usage
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access our listings data for internal trading or application development purposes. Reselling raw data streams is strictly prohibited without corporate licensing.
Rate Limits
Exceeding the rate limits defined in your plan may result in temporary suspension of API access. We reserve the right to throttle connections that threaten the stability of our global edge network.
Account Integrity
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any trades or actions performed using your credentials are your sole responsibility.
1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
ListingAPIs provides real-time data "as is". While we strive for 99.99% accuracy, market data is inherently volatile. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from delayed or incorrect listing information.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The software, designs, algorithms, and aggregated data delivered via our API are the exclusive property of ListingAPIs. Reproduction of our infrastructure logic is strictly prohibited.
3. TERMINATION CLAUSE
We reserve the right to terminate access to our infrastructure for any user found to be engaging in activities that compromise our system integrity, including but not limited to DDoS attacks or scraping attempts.
